2024 Exhilarate-BL promotion FAQs

In February 2024, Brooks gave away 1,949 free pairs of the unreleased Exhilarate-BL on a first-come, first-served basis to members of the Brooks Run Club who had also synced a fitness device to third-party platform DashLX. I wrote the customer-facing FAQs for the promotion, which was linked in all email marketing that went out surrounding the promotion.

The FAQs received 583 views between February 15, 2024 and February 23, 2024.

Zendesk macros: Prepared service responses

I prepare written responses to common customer inquiries, called macros, for use by the Brooks’ customer service team.
